The countdown is officially running.

BTS have shared a new Instagram Story inviting ARMY to “WATCH FIRST ON SPOTIFY” as the “NORMAL” music video enters its final twenty-four hours before release.

The official visual returns to the LAMRON filmstrip concept, showing all seven members inside the mysterious restroom set that has defined the campaign. One frame captures BTS lined up in front of the urinals, while another shows the members breaking character and gathering together with huge smiles.

At the bottom of the Story, a live countdown points directly toward the first official premiere of the “NORMAL” music video.

Wider release through HYBE LABELS

Date: July 19, 2026

BTS’s official Weverse update confirms the two-stage release schedule, while the official 2026 BTS website now carries a dedicated live countdown to the Spotify premiere.

Why Spotify Gets the MV First

The “NORMAL” music video will receive an early release through Spotify before becoming available through HYBE LABELS two days later.

This means Spotify users will become the first audience to see the complete visual behind the LAMRON mystery.

BTS and Spotify have already collaborated throughout the ARIRANG era through exclusive performances and visual projects, including the earlier Spotify presentation of “Merry Go Round.” This new premiere continues that partnership while giving “NORMAL” its own dedicated launch moment.

BTS have not stated through this particular Story whether every account type or region will have identical access, so fans should check the official Spotify app at release time rather than relying on unofficial links or reuploads.

The Filmstrip Reveals a Different Side of the Set

The newest Story includes more than the now-famous photograph of BTS facing the restroom wall.

The lower frame shows all seven members turned toward the camera, laughing and leaning into one another.

That contrast captures the entire tone of the rollout.

One moment looks like a dramatic tabloid scandal.

The next looks like seven friends struggling to keep a straight face while filming the strangest music-video campaign of the year.

The members’ expressions also suggest that the full MV may move between darker themes and deliberately awkward humour instead of staying completely serious.

From LAMRON to the Final Countdown

The “NORMAL” rollout has unfolded through several connected stages:

BTS changed their official profile images to LAMRON
Members added LAMRON references to their social-media profiles
“LAMRON: The Reel” introduced the filmstrip concept
Newspaper-style advertisements presented the restroom image as breaking news
BTS officially confirmed the “NORMAL” music video
HYBE LABELS released the first teaser
The official website launched its Spotify countdown
BTS shared the final “Watch First on Spotify” Story

Instead of treating the music video as one simple upload, BTS have built an entire mystery around it.

Each clue has revealed slightly more while keeping the full meaning hidden until release day.

What ARMY Should Do Before the Premiere
Open Spotify before 1 PM KST on July 17
Confirm that the Spotify app is updated
Visit BTS’s official artist page or the official campaign website
Avoid unofficial leaked clips and reposted versions
Watch through the official premiere when it becomes available
Return on July 19 for the HYBE LABELS YouTube release
Save the official track and share the legitimate release link

The official BTS campaign page currently carries the live countdown and should remain the safest place to check for updated access information.

ARMY Note

BTS really turned seven men standing inside a restroom into:

a newspaper scandal
a worldwide conspiracy
a social-media takeover
a filmstrip mystery
and now a twenty-four-hour Spotify countdown 😭

But the second photo says everything.

Behind all the dramatic LAMRON headlines are seven members laughing together while creating another unforgettable BTS era.

The countdown is running.
The mystery is almost over.
And “NORMAL” is nearly here.
